Bar Harbor Hotel Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach

I had a pretty rough experience at this hotel. The location is decent, and I really appreciated the pet-friendly policy which allowed us to bring our furry friends. However, issues like leaking bathroom lights and malfunctioning door locks really took away from our stay. Additionally, it was disappointing that the staff didn’t seem responsive to our concerns while we were there.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, but the room and service did not live up to expectations. I encountered serious cleanliness issues and a lack of management support, which made the experience frustrating. While the size of the room was decent, I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

We stayed at Bar Harbor hoping for a nice family vacation, and while the room was clean and modern, there were a few issues that dampened our experience. The location is great with beautiful views and close proximity to attractions, but the service left much to be desired, especially with our kitchen amenities. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're traveling with pets and on a budget, but I’d consider options with better facilities next time.

I used to enjoy staying here, but this last experience was really disappointing. The rooms have had some updates, but many issues remain unresolved, like poor Wi-Fi and unresponsive staff. While the outdoor space was nice, the lack of basic amenities and cleanliness made it hard to overlook the negatives. I’m not sure if I’ll return unless I hear of improvements.

I had a really pleasant stay overall! The hotel staff was amazing, especially Mylynn and Charles, who were super helpful and accommodating. The room I ended up in was spacious and had a fantastic view of the ocean, but I did encounter a couple of minor maintenance issues. On the downside, I also heard some mixed experiences from others, especially regarding cleanliness and service in certain situations. Still, my trip to Bar Harbor was enjoyable, and I plan on coming back soon.
